For as long as I can remember, I have never skipped a breakfast meal since I was little. On most days, my siblings and I would leave for school at the same time my parents left for work. Eggs were the preferred meal for breakfast on most days.
My Mom did not have to wake up very early to prepare complicated meals, and breakfast would be ready by the time we were ready for school. It became a norm many mornings, even after getting my place.
Many years later, I have my own family, and on most mornings, my ideal breakfast with my significant other is eggs. I do not have kids yet, but I am sure that eggs will be an everyday meal we prepare for them for breakfast on most days.
